A11-2969

Fixed an issue where the Adept Viewer installer defaulted to HTTPS and port 443, even when HTTP and port 80 were selected. The installer now correctly applies the chosen protocol and port settings.

Fixed an issue where the default filename in “Render to PDF” used a GUID instead of the document name in Adept Web Client. The filename now correctly reflects the document name.

Fixed an issue where PDFs generated using Print File(s) in Adept Desktop were not scaled to fit the selected paper size. PDFs are now properly scaled to match the selected paper size.

Fixed an issue where white objects were not visible in the viewer when the sheet color was set to grey for certain file types. White objects now display correctly.

ADV-6249

Fixed an issue where white lines in SLDDRW files were not visible when the sheet color changed due to a shape object obscuring them. Updated opacity handling so white lines now display correctly regardless of background color.

ADV-6302

Updated behavior when viewing multiple documents: If the Adept Viewer is already open, only the first document opens fully in the ViewFrame. Remaining documents are loaded as thumbnails in the Document Panel.

Fixed an issue where the PublishPDF option AllSheets did not reliably include all content from DGN files referenced as Xrefs. All referenced content is now correctly included.

PDFs exceeding 200 pages displayed blank pages after markup objects were added. These large documents now open and render correctly.

Fixed an issue where scrolling with the mouse wheel in SLDDRW files was jerky and limited to 60% zoom out, requiring Zoom Fit or Home to reset the view. Mouse wheel zooming now works smoothly and as expected.

Added 3D measurement options: 3-point arc (length), 3-point surface angle (angle), and closed polygon area (area) for IPT, IAM, SLDPRT, and SLDASM formats. 2-point surface distance measurements are now saved as Markups.

Fixed an issue where the Reset Model function did not restore the Publish State of Layers to their initial state on the active sheet. Reset Model now correctly resets layer settings only for the currently active sheet.

Fixed an issue where NotePin markups became non-editable and failed to display content when positioned behind another markup object. NotePin content now opens correctly regardless of display order.

Fixed an issue where certain PDF files displayed a “File Could Not Be Found or Could Not Be Opened” error in the Viewer. View-only PDFs now open with editing restrictions, and password-protected PDFs open after the correct password is entered.

If a DWG file has the “Plot with plot styles” option enabled in AutoCAD, PublishPDF now uses this setting to populate the appropriate Color or Pen Table in the “Override Plot Style Table” dropdown.

Added new settings in system-config.json to control button visibility in Adept Viewer. Set HIDE_PUBLISHPDF_FUNCTION to hide the Publish PDF button and HIDE_PRINT_FUNCTION to hide the Print button. Both settings default to false, so the buttons are shown unless explicitly hidden.

Fixed an issue where PDF highlight and signature markups created in Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat did not display correctly in Adept Viewer. These markups now match their appearance in their native applications, resolving prior visibility issues.

Fixed an issue where GP4 files failed to generate grayscale PDFs using the Publish PDF and Print functions in Adept Viewer. The system now adjusts DPI automatically to ensure reliable output for high-resolution CALS images.

Fixed an issue where DWG files with a rotated PDF xref did not display the PDF rotation correctly in the ViewFrame. The PDF now appears with the expected rotation.

Fixed an issue where printing DWG files in monochrome from Adept Viewer using the Viewer Print action did not produce true black-and-white output. The Monochrome option now works as expected, resolving prior cases where prints appeared in color or grayscale regardless of settings.

Fixed an issue where large PDF files with many markups could not be published or printed from Adept Viewer. Updated the logic for handling markups during print and publish operations to ensure successful output.

Fixed an issue where the Web Client and Viewer experienced long timeouts when network access to external font resources was blocked. The application now uses local fonts and no longer relies on external CDNs, eliminating delays and preventing errors when outbound connections are unavailable.

Fixed an issue where DWG or PDF documents renamed to TIFF were not processed or displayed correctly. These files are now processed and presented as expected, with the Content Panel showing the appropriate tabs. Additionally, PDF documents renamed to TIFF can now be re-published using the PublishPDF function.

Fixed an issue where view rotation information from DGN files was read incorrectly, causing camera orientations in Adept Viewer to differ from MicroStation’s top-down views. View rotations are now interpreted correctly, matching expected Z-axis alignment.
