Known Issues - Adept Viewer
The issues listed below have been reported but remain unresolved. Each issue is identified by its Issue Key, which is used internally by the Synergis team.
Unless the Issue Key appears in the Resolved Issues section of the latest Release Notes, all previously reported Known Issues from earlier versions still apply to the current software release.
Issue Key | Issue Description |
|---|---|
A11-2243 | PDFs printed from Adept Web may not scale to fit the selected paper size, causing slight cropping at the top and bottom. This occurs because the browser, not Adept Web, controls print scaling and cannot be resolved within Adept Web. |
A11-3579 | PDF conversion may fail for large files in Adept Web, resulting in errors such as “Conversion failed after 2 retries” or “HTTP Error 413.1 – Request Entity Too Large.” This occurs because the IIS server limits the upload size to about 28.6 MB. Use lower PDF quality settings or reduce the file size so the resulting PDF is under 28.6 MB to avoid these errors. |

ADV-7642 | The Markups Panel displays collapsible lists in alphanumeric order instead of matching the sheet order in the Content Panel. |
ADV-7651 | Reset Model only reverts the currently active sheet or configuration, not the entire document, so changes on other sheets remain after reset. |
ADV-7660 | Users cannot select a Microstation TBL file to override the TBL in a DGN file when exporting to PDF; only the file’s original TBL is used. |
ADV-7661 | The viewer does not read or display the units stored in the drawing file, making it difficult to confirm or use file-specific measurement units. |
