Known Issues - Adept Mobile

The issues listed below have been reported but remain unresolved. Each issue is identified by its Issue Key, which is used internally by the Synergis team.

Unless the Issue Key appears in the Resolved Issues section of the latest Release Notes, all previously reported Known Issues from earlier versions still apply to the current software release.

AM-1085

Full Text Search does not display a ‘No Internet Connection’ message when offline. Users can enter search text, but the search fails with an error after submission.

AM-1154

SSO login may display a continuous loading screen if the network connection fails. The app does not show an error message, preventing access to the application.

AM-1226

The “Relationship” text field is no longer visible for files in any tab. This feature has been moved to the file options menu in Adept Mobile 11.4.0.

AM-1237

“Save to Device” and “Download and Markup” buttons are visible but unresponsive on the Mobile Search Card, Children, and Parent tabs in Adept Mobile iOS 11.4.0. Users cannot save or mark up files from these locations.

AM-1240

Deleted Mobile markups may still appear in the Downloads tab of Adept Mobile after syncing. When a markup is removed from a file in the Adept Web Client, it can remain visible in offline files on the Mobile App, which may cause confusion.

AM-1264

Sync icon does not appear in Offline Files after marking up a file using “Download & Markup” in Adept Mobile (Android v15) while offline. The markup remains visible and pending sync, but the icon is missing.

AM-1265

Sync icon in Offline Files may appear after viewing a file’s markup but is unresponsive when tapped, even after internet is restored. Users cannot sync changes or receive an error message. Restarting the app with internet access resolves the issue.

AM-1266

If folder access permission is denied while saving a file to the device, Adept Mobile (Android v15) becomes stuck on the “Saving to Device” loader and blocks further actions. Restarting the app resolves the issue.

AM-1270

When using “Save to Device” on an unsupported file type (e.g., .SCHDOC) in Adept Mobile for iOS or Android, the app displays an error message but continues showing a loading spinner until you switch tabs.

AM-1273

Users may be logged out after inactivity or switching apps and see an incorrect “Operator is already logged on” error in Adept Mobile (Android/iOS v11.4.0), even when not logged in elsewhere.

AM-1300

On iOS devices, the Offline Files screen does not display file status in Offline Mode, while this information is shown on Android.

AM-1303

On Android devices (Adept Mobile v11.4.0.45), deleting a file from the Offline Files screen in Offline Mode does not remove the file from the app or local storage, even after confirming deletion and granting storage permissions. Deleted files remain listed and stored locally until the function is performed after internet access is restored.

AM-1316

On iOS (Adept Mobile v11.4.0.46), the PDF Editor Selection window may appear partially hidden when using “Download & Markup” from the Mobile Search Card or Relationships screens (Children and Parent). The bottom portion of the window is not visible, which may prevent users from selecting a PDF editor on these screens.
