Hardware
Most currently available phones and tablets running an Operating System (listed in the Software section below) are compatible with Adept Mobile. Synergis cannot test every possible Android and iOS device. Please ensure your device runs a supported Android version.

Occasionally, automatic updates make newer OS versions available before the current Synergis Adept Mobile version has been fully qualified. Although other PDF applications may work, only these two applications have been tested and verified with Synergis Adept Mobile. | |
Special Note
The latest Synergis Adept Mobile application is compatible with FALL ’23 (11.2.0) and newer. Attempting to run Synergis Adept Mobile with an earlier version of Adept Web Server is not supported and will result in unexpected behaviors. Please contact your Synergis Customer Success Manager with any compatibility questions.
