Supported Software
To ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience, our software is designed to support current and widely adopted third-party platforms, including operating systems, server environments, and client applications. We strive to maintain compatibility with the latest stable versions of these technologies to leverage new features and uphold industry-standard security practices.
Please refer to the following sections for details on changes to supported third-party software and to our own features in this release, as well as plans for future versions.
Supported Autodesk Versions
Adept integrations are compatible with select versions of Autodesk (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Navisworks) products. Each Adept release includes support for:
Three Autodesk versions with the TaskPane application
Two Autodesk versions with the PublishWave application
Version support is determined by Adept’s release cycle and may not immediately include the latest Autodesk product versions. The specific Autodesk versions supported in this Adept release, along with any newly added or deprecated versions, are detailed in the sections that follow.

The WINTER '25 (11.4.0) release makes the following additions.
Adept CAD Integrations
AutoCAD 2025 complete integration.
Inventor 2025 complete integration.
Navisworks 2025 complete integration.
Servers and Operating Systems
Windows Server 2025 is now supported.
Discontinued Support
The WINTER '25 (11.4.0) release makes the following removals.
Adept CAD Integrations
AutoCAD 2022 complete integration discontinued; extraction remains supported.
Inventor 2022 complete integration discontinued; extraction remains supported.
Navisworks 2022 complete integration discontinued; extraction remains supported.
SOLIDWORKS 2023 (and earlier) complete integration has been discontinued temporarily and will be replaced in a subsequent release.
KeyCreator integration has been permanently deprecated.
Servers and Operating Systems
Windows 10 is no longer supported.
Adept Viewer
The Adept Markup Conversion Utility has been deprecated.
